Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Twentythird LLC (“Twentythird”, “we”) collects through twentythird.us, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Quote requests. When you use Get a Free Quote: your name, email, business name, phone, website or social handle, any notes, and your answers to the quiz.
  • Where you came from. The link or ad that brought you here (UTM tags), the first page you visited, and the referring website, saved with your quote request.
  • Site usage. Pages viewed, buttons clicked and quiz steps completed, collected by Google Analytics using cookies. We never send your name, email or notes to analytics.
  • Bookings. If you book a call, the details you enter in the Cal.com calendar.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule calls, deliver work, and understand which pages and sources bring in inquiries so we can improve the site. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a newsletter.

Tools that handle your information

  • HubSpot stores quote requests in our customer records.
  • Resend sends the confirmation email to you and the notification email to us.
  • Google Analytics measures site usage with cookies.
  • Cal.com runs call booking on the plan page.
  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and only for the service it provides to us.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, without affecting how the site works. The quote form also remembers your answers in your own browser for up to 7 days so you can pick up where you left off.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as they're useful for the working relationship and our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ely@twentythird.us. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
